You no longer need to wait for a new web access code to file your T4s, T5s, or other information returns electronically with the Canada Revenue Agency. The code you used to file your 2012 information return is the same code you’ll use to file your 2013 and future-year returns.
Important facts
More and more businesses file their information returns and slips electronically:
- In 2013, 50% of returns were filed electronically, compared to 41% in 2012.
- In 2013, 92% of slips were filed electronically, compared to 88% in 2012.
