2. Highlight the report template you want to export. For example, Balance Sheet Monthly Comparison in the above screenshot.
3. Click the Memorized Report bar on the bottom left and select Export Template from its drop-down menu. QuickBooks will prompt you to Specify Filename for Export & to which folder you want to save the template:
4. Click Save and you are done exporting the template.
The next step is to import the template you just exported into the other company file. To import reports templates :
From the Main Menu, choose Reports > Memorized Reports > Memorized Report List, then click Memorized Report bar and select Import Template.
QuickBooks will open Select File to Import window for you to select which .QBR file to import. Click Open and you are ready to use the template in other company file.
