2. Highlight the cheques you want to print. First Cheque Number is automatically entered. If you have already used the number, QuickBooks will warn you and you can overwrite it. Let’s change the number to 245. Click OK to open Print Cheques window:
3. Click Print to print cheques and bring up Print Cheques – Confirmation window:
This dialog box explains what to do next. If your cheques are printed correctly, click OK; if not click Cancel and you will have an option to reprint them.
If you need to reprint any of the cheques, select them and click OK to reprint.
