Name.  Enter with the name of your report.

Save in Memorized Report Group.  Uncheck this box if you don’t want to memorize in a drop-down report group.  Check this box if you want to memorize in in one of the report group.
If you had memorized it before, the program will open another dialog box asking if you want to Replace or create a New one:

If you want to put your memorized report in a new Report Group, you have to create a new Report Group first before you can save the report within it. Open the Memorized Report List by choosing Main Menu > Reports > Memorized reports > Memorized Reports List:

Click Memorized Report drop-down menu bar and choose New Group. Enter your new report group name here and it will be added in the reports group.
