•    Your customer email address is populated in your Customer Information > Address Info tab.

 

Emailing Forms One-By-One

To email form one-by-one, open the form, for example, the Create Invoice form and click the Email icon drop-down menu > select Invoice:

Assuming you are using Outlook, this will automatically bring up your Outlook email and the invoice is attached as a PDF file:

You can modify the email address, subject, and text in this mode as you normally would and click Send when you are ready to email the invoice.

 

Emailing Forms in Batches

•    From the Email icon in the Invoice form, select Batch, or
•    From main menu > File > Send Forms, to open Select Forms to Send dialog box.

All available emails in the queue are selected automatically.  You can unselect one by one by unchecking it, Select All, Select None, or Remove it from the list.  
The preview of the email message is right below it in grey.  Click Edit Email if you want to edit the text of your email.  Click Send Now when you are ready to send.
