The Available Menu Items pane is a list of all available features that you can add to your Favourite menu. Highlight any task that you want, menu or submenu (indented), and then press Add bar.
Once you Add the task, it will appear on the right pane, Chosen menu Items.
If you want to reorder any of the chosen command, highlight it and click Move Up or Move Down.
If you make a mistake, highlight the chosen command and click Remove.
Click OK when you are done. Now you have all of your most often tasks in one place, Favourites menu, so you can navigate to your most often tasks quicker.
