You then need to get your new venture out there and find and manipulate the edge you have on your competitors. Whether your business is in its first few days or years, the following tips will help you make the best of your company.

2. Make the best of your assets. If you’ve got it, flaunt it! Whether it be the tastiest cakes for miles, the most helpful customer service or the highest-quality furniture, make sure your customers know why you’re good. Once they do, they’ll no doubt keep coming back!
